I have known and been a customer of Dougie and Dee at Capital Cartridges since they opened for business in 2002, operating from the heart of the City they deliver a personal and fast same day service. We operate a multi-million pound watch and jewellery business in Edinburgh and Cardiff. We had used other cartridge suppliers in the past but we were never satisfied with their overall performance. Either prices were excessive, delivery times were too long or refilled cartridges were defective. We 1st tried Capital Cartridges in 2008 and have not used another supplier since.
Their prices are excellent and it is not uncommon to have cartridges delivered on the same day that we order them. We have never received a defective cartridge and we are delighted with their exceptional service.
Johnson Legal started using Capital Cartridges just recently. I called with details of all our printers and Dee was extremely helpful. Dee returned my call within half an hour with quotes on all our different cartridges and even had a supply delivered to us that day. The quotes given were brilliant and we proceeded that day. We now have peace of mind know if we were to run out of cartridges then Capital Cartridges are just a call away and can deliver same day.
Triodos Bank have been customers of Capital Cartridges since 2007. We telephone our orders in and the items are delivered to our office the next working day. Staff are efficient, friendly and always respond promptly to our requests. Prices are very competitive and the quality of goods is consistently high. The few issues we have had (eg wrong cartridge delivered) over the past 5 years have always been dealt with promptly and politely.
